Minimum Training & Experience: Two years related experience, or associate degree, or  one year at the lower level or position equivalent. The position may require an examination.

Preferred Qualifications: Must have the following:
Good customer service skills.
Flexibility to multi-task.
Organizational skills & basic computer skills.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
