Northeast Cobb Libraries and Parks May Cut Hours

1. Are you a resident who found a flyer taped to your mailbox on Friday that warns a scrap metal processing and a transfer station is possibly coming to the old Hope Lumber place at 4586 Canton Road? 3. The Cobb County budget is $31 million in the hole. The county may have to cut the Mountain View and Gritters library hours, the East Cobb Senior Center hours, and possibly the hours cut at our parks: Shaw Park, Sandy Plains, Sweat Mountain. 5. I can't remember storms ever waking me up in the past, but last night was terrible. The loud thunder claps woke me up nearly every hour. Shelby, my little dog, was shaking and afraid.
