Northeast Cobb Woman Among Deal Appointees
She was one of three Cobb County residents Deal picked to serve on various state boards.

Gov. Nathan Deal recently appointed three Cobb County residents to various state boards, and one of them is from Northeast Cobb.
Dianne Wolfe Patterson, the administrator for Roswell Nursing and Rehab Center, was appointed to the Georgia Board of Nursing Home Administrators, according to a release from the governor's office.
The board "meets quarterly to license nursing home administrators and to ensure quality administration and sound management of nursing homes," according to its website. "The Board also administers an administrator-in-training program."
Other Cobb County residents tapped to join state boards include:
- Patrick M. Healy of Mableton. Healy, the chairman, chief executive officer and president of Peach State Health Plan, a Georgia Medicaid CMO, was appointed to the Joint Study Committee on Medicaid Reform.
- Charles R. McMurtrey Jr. of Marietta. McMurtrey was reappointed to the State Construction Industry Licensing Board's Division of Low Voltage Contractors.
