Northeast Cobb Patch profiled Curves Marietta Northeast in December. Curves co-owners Catherine Helmle and Wally Bledsoe started their exercise business by personally handing out 5,000 grand-opening fliers throughout the neighborhoods near the intersection of Sandy Plains and Shallowford roads.
The women-only workout club occupies the space where an embroidery shop once operated in Sandy Plains Centre.
