Simple Battery Arrest in Northeast Cobb
The following arrest information was supplied by the Cobb County Sheriff's Office. It does not indicate a conviction.
According to the booking report, Northeast Cobb resident Fabien Gerald Scott was arrested Tuesday and charged with simple battery and giving a false name.
Scott, 33, lives in the 100 block of Freys Gin Rd.
After being arrested, he was booked into the county jail, where he remains on a bond of $6500.
