Viewfinder: GENIUS Robotics at Girl Scout STEM Expo
The GENIUS team was invited to be an exhibitor at the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Pure Genius STEM Expo on Oct. 29. More than 1,000 Girl Scouts, their leaders and parents attended the sold out event.
GENIUS Robotics displayed their wheelchair backup system and phase 1 of the "Cool Factor" alarm system prototype at the Girl Scout STEM Expo held at the Georgia World Congress Center Saturday.
The GENIUS girls shared their projects and knowledge with other Girl Scouts, a Daisy Troop, IEEE Women in Engineering and the public.
They met Marilyn Midyette, the CEO of the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta.
