The following items were recommended to the Board of Commissioners at their Agenda Setting meeting held on December 20, 2011 and have been placed on the consent agenda for the Regular Meeting* to be held on January 3, 2012.

Operations / Facilities ........ $65,000.00 from 2004 SPLOST Old Jail repairs, Annex Fire Sprinklers and HVAC replacement

Civic Center...................    $15,000.00 Moveable walls repair and replacement 50% of cost.........done in conjunction with BOE


Parks............................. $10,000.00 Sod and turf repair and replacement


I.T................................ $149,000.00 Server and P.C.’s replacement, Aerial GIS Fly-Over


Public Works................... $160,000.00 Vehicle replacement, road repair equipment


Sheriff........................... $160,000.00 Vehicle replacement...


Employees....................... $275,000.00 GF only ($275,000 General Fund......$25,500 Enterprise Fund)
1 time employee payroll salary adjustment, showing on Jan 13 payroll run only, for employees hired on or before Jan 1, 2011 as follows: $1250 per FT employee earning less than $40,000; $1,000 per FT employee earning more than $40,000; $500 per regular PT employee working 20 hrs or more per week; $150 per seasonal or PT employee working at least 10 hrs per week. All salaries revert to the approved and budgeted salary level following the adjustment. Adjustment does not apply to elected officials, those being paid on a per-diem basis, those receiving supplements, or occasional fill-in PT employees.
