Apparently armed robbers in the Midtown area stop to hug their victims.

According to an Atlanta police report, an armed robber victimized a female construction worker near the Georgia Tech campus. The woman reported that she was attacked from behind by a male who stated, "Back up! Back up! I got a gun, I'll shoot you."

The suspect took the woman's cell phone and $60 in cash and then returned her wallet stating "he was sorry" and that this was "hard for him." He then returned the wallet and gave the woman "three hugs" prior to fleeing on foot.

The male suspect was described at a 5-foot-9 black male, between the ages of 25 an 28. The case is currently under investigation.
