Weather: We'll see mainly sunny skies, according to the National Weather Service. Unseasonable temperatures continue with a high of 71.

Top things to know:

  • Every Tuesday the Rotary Club of Oconee County meets at 7 a.m. in the Watkinsville Community Center for a continental breakfast and presentation. Honor students from each of the five high schools in OconeeΒ  will be recognized. Guests are welcome to attend at a cost of $5 per person.
  • The MBMS chorus concert will be held in the NOHS auditorium from 6:30- 7:30 p.m.
  • The OCMS band holds a winter concert at 7 p.m. at the Oconee County Civic Center.
  • Want to learn how to swing dance? DanceFX studio in Athens offers beginner and advanced classes for $5 each every Tuesday from starting at 7 p.m.Β  A dance follows from 8-10 p.m.
  • The Oconee County Board of Commissioners meet at 7 p.m. The draft of the agenda is attached as a pdf.
