Oconee Wee Read Program a Beneficiary of the Athens Kids Expo
The United Way of Northeast Georgia held its annual literacy awareness event and fundraiser at The Classic Center on Saturday.

Children from Oconee and Athens-Clarke counties who are registered for the Wee Read program receive one free, age-appropriate hardback book from birth to age 5 in the mail each month. For more information about Wee Read, visit www.unitedwaynega.org/improve_early_learning.html.
