Watkinsville Resident Reports Seeing Man Peer into Cars, Apartment Windows
Police arrested the man on a charge of loitering and prowling.
For allegedly peering into vehicles and apartment windows, a Hull man faces a charge of loitering and prowling in Watkinsville.
Officers picked up Jeffrey Bernard Foote, 49, at the Athens-Clarke County Probation Office on Monday, Sept. 23, according to a news release from Police Chief Lee O'Dillon.
A neighbor reportedly told police he saw Foote looking into the vehicles and apartment windows on VFW Drive at 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 22.
An arrest isn't a conviction.
