Update: 72-Year-Old Woman With Dementia Found Safe

Gwinnett County Police have found the missing 72-year-old Snellville woman with Dementia.

UPDATE: Anne Holmes, 72, has been found safe at a local store.

SNELLVILLE, GA – Gwinnett County Police Officers assigned to the South Precinct need the public’s help in locating a missing woman who has dementia. Anne Holmes, 72, went missing from 3495 Spring Mesa Drive in unincorporated Snellville shortly before noon Friday.

Anne is about 5 feet 7 inches, and weighs 160 pounds. Her salt and pepper hair is combed back. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, eyeglasses and carrying a tan and cream colored Michael Kors purse.

If someone encounters her, she may say that she is “going to Miss Anne’s house.”

Officers assigned to the South Precinct, the Quality of Life Unit, the K9 Unit, along with the Search Team are saturating the area looking for her. A Reverse 911 has been issued for residents surrounding her home.
