Multiple Cruelty to Children Reports, False Imprisonment and Possession of Weapons

The following are arrests made by Gwinnett County Police, between Feb. 14 and March 1. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

Dabarrious D'Monte Lucas, 3028 Destin Circle, was arrested and charged with participation in gang activity and affray.

Danah Carr, 2280 Kings Gate Circle, Apartment B, was arrested and charged with violation of probation and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Keisha Nichele Carr, 2280 Kings Gate Circle, Apartment B, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer. 

Julian Marquis Swaizey, 4078 Valley Brook Road, was arrested and charged with burglary, possession of a weapon during a crime, false imprisonment, terroristic threats and acts, simple assault and battery.

Jeremy Robert Shelly, 3042 Spruce Circle, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

Kefing Jackman-Sutherland, 4261 Cary Drive, was arrested and charged with third degree forgery.

Alexander Peter Jarczyk, 2075 Veracruz Drive, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of a weapon during a crime and theft by receiving.

Kareem Onasis Shelley, 3042 Spruce Circle, was arrested and charged with battery.

Gerald Nmn McDonald, 4645 Michael Jay Street, was arrested and charged with simple battery.

John-Michael Anderson, 1870 Tree Brooke Lane, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Wayne John Vileski, 3867 Burnt Leaf Lane, was arrested and charged with possessing over an ounce of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle on the wrong side of the road, improper/erratic lane change and DUI - alcohol.

Eric Burton McCutcheon, 8486 Hightower Trail, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child support. 

Jamaal Jagne Douglas, 3960 Bethany Woods Court, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. 

Yura D. Bryant, 3949 Valley Brook Road, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (3rd degree) and battery.

Charles William Ford, 1865 Vintage Drive, was arrested and charged with theft by taking and theft by reception.

Xavier Mario Rucker, 3604 Everson Road, was arrested and charged with cruelty to children (3rd degree), battery and simple battery.

Tajshianna Breshaye Westbrooks, 2353 Murell Road, was arrested and charged with simple battery, battery and cruelty to children (3rd degree).

Sami Bereket, 1080 Westclair Way, was arrested and charged with possession of illegal substances and possession of a weapon during a crime.

Lynn Joseph Morrison, 3500 Quail Hollow Trail, was arrested and charged with hit and run, following too closely and DUI - drugs and alcohol combined.

Dayan Marie Aarons, 5010 Duval Point Way, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer and use of a license plate to conceal ID.

Kadeem R. Aarons, 5010 Duval Point Way, was arrested and charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Seth Cyril Michael Lawrence, 1885 Windburn Court, was arrested and charged with improper/erratic lane change and hit and run - failure to stop and render aid.

Kevin Ainsworth Dawkins, 1750 Tuftstown Court, was arrested and charged with giving false name, violation of probation, simple battery, battery and possession of marijuana (less than 1 oz.).

Virginia Simon, 1918 Engleway, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.

Michael Stephen Caldwell, 1396 Janmar Road, was arrested and charged with loitering/prowling and possession of marijuana (less than 1 oz.).

Dexter Greasham, 3512 Rosebud Park Drive, was arrested and charged with altered, damaged, improper transfer of tag, failure to appear, no insurance, registration requirement, driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to maintain lane.
