Green Earth Theater to Host Open House Saturday in Snellville

Stop by Panera Bread from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 30 for a chance to be a part of a program that creates plays and presentations that focus on eco responsibility.

Green Earth Theater is hosting an open house and class registration event this Saturday (Nov. 30) in Snellville. 

Stop by the Panera Bread at 1905 Scenic Highway from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. to learn more about the performing arts and theater program that creates plays and presentations that focus on eco responsibility.

This performing arts class is open to ages 7 to 18 years old. Classes will be held every Saturday from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. for ages 7 to 12 and 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. for ages 13 to 18. Winter season begins January 11, 2014.

Locations will be announced at the open house, and there will be one field trip a month. The January field trip will be held at Serenbe.

Created by environmentalist Diane Cameron, Green Earth Theater is especially designed for eco-minded youth. 

"Green Earth Theater believes in the power of the arts to create images and etch melodies which deliver the green message in a practical and entertaining manner," Cameron said.
