Mugshot Monday: Armed Robbery, DUIs and 'Fighting Words'

The following are arrests made by Gwinnett County Police, between March 1 and March 9. In addition, these reports are not an indication of proven guilt. All suspects are innocent until proven otherwise. Attached photos are those available from the Gwinnett County Detention Center website.

Eric Malcolm McMinn, 2026 Britt Drive, was arrested and charged with DUI - more than .10% blood alcohol, possession of less than 1 oz. of marijuana and improper lane change.

Mayra K. Martinez-Zapata, 3168 Arbor Oaks Way, was arrested and charged with failure to report striking fixed object and having no drivers license. 

Jermaine Alexander Hewitt, 4670 Bridle Point Parkway, was arrested and charged with theft by taking and deposit account fraud. 

Almarquis DeJuan Williams, 3209 Hidden Bluff Trail, was arrested and charged with fighting words, criminal trespass and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. 

Christopher Lee Fain, 1294 Summit Chase Drive, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer and theft by taking.

Ulrick McIntosh, 2764 Calumet Farm Lane, was arrested and charged with DUI - drugs, alcohol.

Dallas Lane Bergman, 1312 Sweetwater Bluff, was arrested and charged with robbery.

Arlandus Hood, 4031 Camaron Way, was arrested and charged with armed robbery.

Sandra Faye Young, 4174 Mountain Glen Trace, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving and possession of a vehicle with altered VIN number.

Hillary Asia Hatch, 3025 Ashdowne Court, was arrested and charged with speeding, fleeing or eluding police officer and driving with a suspended or revoked license. 

Michael Alexander Shannon, 4473 Ford Place, was arrested and charged with battery.
