Snellville Gives: Community Bulletin Board

Let's face it: the economy still isn't great. So many families in Snellville are in need, and many often don't know where to turn for help. 

At the same time, others are doing well, and are looking for an opportunity to just give back. So if you're need or want to give back, share it with Snellville on this community bulletin board. 

You can do this in a number of ways. You can post an event if you hosting a fundraiser on our event page. I will then highlight the event and add it to this post.

If you are in need -- whether you need a job, help with a bill, some handyman help or even just some prayer -- post to our announcements page. 

If you don't feel like posting in those two places, just add a comment to this story. 

Often there is already a nonprofit set up to help with these types of issues, and all you need is someone to point you in the right direction. 

Need #1 A Snellville woman has had her utilities turned off and needs some financial help getting them switched back on. She says she can offer a number of items for collateral, and can repay the amount in February. Contact the editor if you're interested in helping.
