Snellville Resident Promoted to Lead LongHorn Restaurant

Snellville resident Paige Copeland has been promoted to managing partner of the LongHorn Steakhouse's Monroe location. 

Copeland started her career with Darden Restaurants five years ago as a bartender, and has since taken on roles with increasing responsibility, most recently serving as the Training and Staffing Manager at the Monroe restaurant.  As managing partner, she will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, including managing a team of approximately 55 team members. 

A University of Georgia alumna, Copeland uses the skills and leadership qualities she acquired in college to continually further the success of the Monroe LongHorn. Her dedication to the LongHorn brand and her desire to provide guests with an excellent dining experience resulted in her promotion to Managing Partner. Copeland aims to set a positive, optimistic tone inside her restaurant, which enables her team members to serve guests with that amount of energy.

Her work ethic and passion is contagious and I look forward to seeing her excel as Managing Partner.”

Additionally, Copeland and her team take pride in being involved in the Monroe community. Her team often donates food to local schools, and also participates in the Darden Harvest program by donating fresh, wholesome food to the Walton County Boys and Girls Club on a weekly basis.
