Gwinnett Country residents will be able to vote on a candidate to fill the unexpired term of Chairman of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. The election will take place March 15, 2011. Deadline for voter registration for the election is February 14th, 2011, the same day absentee voting begins. Advanced voting will take place at the Elections office from March 7 - 11, 9 a.m. to 7Β p.m. If a runoff election proves necessary, it will be held April 12, 2011. Normal voting precincts will be open for the special election. ο»Ώ
