Battle of Unbeatens Coming This Week in Suwanee
Also, Suwanee teams continue to do well in state and national rankings.
It had to happen. With all three Suwanee high school teams undefeated in 2013, a key matchup was inevitable.
This Friday, Peachtree Ridge (5-0) travels to Collins Hill (4-0) in a matchup of undefeated teams. The winner will take a strong step toward the Region 7-AAAAAA title, and a playoff spot.
Also Friday, unbeaten North Gwinnett (4-0) will head to Duluth.
North Gwinnett continues as the state's top-ranked team in Class 6A, and Peachtree Ridge is at No. 5, according to Georgia High School Football Daily and the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
And North Gwinnett is No. 5 nationally in a ranking by CBS MaxPreps.
