Big Peach Stores to Hold Mile of Silence Tuesday at 7 AM
The event, which includes Suwanee, is a way to remember and support those who were killed or injured in the Boston Marathon explosions on Monday.

A chain of retail stores serving Atlanta's runners and walkers, which has a Suwanee outlet, is holding a Mile of Silence event Tuesday to remember the victims of Monday's Boston Marathon bomb explosions that left at least two people dead and dozens of others injured.
The event, a mile-long moment of silence, will be held at 7 a.m. each of the seven Big Peach Running Co.'s locations. The Suwanee store is at 320 Town Center Avenue (phone: 678-869-5012).
"Runners, walkers, people who just want to feel the love, but don't want to run or walk, are all welcome," said Karen Kaye, BGPC's communications director, told Patch.
