Suwanee Gateway Area Also Getting New Residents
A new apartment complex is the latest example of new businesses in the area.
The makeover of the Suwanee Gateway area is not just about new businesses.
A new apartment complex with 335 units is under construction in the area, and in fact already has some new residents.
Terraces at Suwanee Gateway is going up on Northolt Parkway, near the Lowe's on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.
It's another step in the redevelopment of the Gateway area in Suwanee, which extends from Satellite Boulevard to I-85 along Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road. Recent business developments in that area include a new Schlotzsky's Deli, and a new restaurant is planned near the Red Roof Inn.
Terraces has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units, with rents ranging from $875 to $1575 monthly.
