Fulton’s Tax Commissioner, Arthur Ferdinand uses a new approach to officially swear in members of his team. Honor Kenya Johnson, Fulton County Probate Judge, swears in Fulton County employees to pledge their support of the Constitution, the Constitution of Georgia, and swears that they do not hold any public funds. By taking an oath, it charges the employees with the responsibilities and ensures they will execute their duties to the highest standards.
