On February 1st, there will be big changes to SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits. New SNAP work requirements in Illinois could leave hundreds of thousands without benefits, strain food pantries, and increase food insecurity, affecting families and children across local communities.
To understand those changes and how to navigate them, you are welcome to attend this informational workshop presented by the Greater Chicago Food Depository on Monday, December 15th at 7pm at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library in the Hendrickson Room.
