Sheriff Investigating Bar Stabbing In Arlington Heights

Police don't have a description of the offenders, but are looking for information on the late night stabbing.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A sheriff's investigation is underway after a bar stabbing early Sunday, according to a report. Two people were hospitalized from the stabbing.

Cook County Sheriff's deputies were called to the Crave Bar & Food Joynt at 3:20 a.m., according to a Daily Herald report. Inside the bar, at 1204 W. Rand Rd., they found a 35-year-old man with stab wounds and other injuries.

They also found a 32-year-old woman who was hurt, but there was no specification of how in the report. Both of their injuries were non life-threatening.

Nobody is in custody and there were no descriptions of the offenders, the report says. However, there are additional people sheriff's office investigators want to talk to.
