Unclaimed $300K Illinois Lottery Ticket Sold In Arlington Heights
Officials are still waiting for the winning ticket holder to come forward. Do you have the lucky ticket?

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — A winning Illinois Lottery ticket worth $300,000 has gone unclaimed so far after it was sold in Arlington Heights, according to the Arlington Heights Post. The very lucky Lucky Day Lotto ticket was purchased at Gateway Newsstand, 45 W. Northwest Hwy., the report added.
The ticket matches the five winning numbers — 3, 8, 25, 34, 39 — from the midday drawing Thursday, July 6. Officials, however, are still waiting for the winning ticket holder to come forward to pick up his or her loot, the Post reports. The $300,000 from this winning ticket can be claimed at one of the Illinois Lottery's prize centers in Des Plaines, Chicago, Fairview Heights, Rockford or Springfield. Lottery officials advise anyone with a winning ticket to sign the back of it right away and then head to one of the centers as soon as possible, according to the Post.
Although the winning numbers were announced Thursday, the lucky ticket holder still has time to claim the money. Winners have a year to from the drawing to pick up their prizes.
