Aurora Girl, 14, Last Seen On Thanksgiving Is Still Missing: Police

It's been two weeks since the teen was seen in the downtown area on Thanksgiving Day, and police said her guardians are "deeply concerned."

AURORA, IL — An Aurora girl who was last seen on Thanksgiving Day is still missing, police said in an update Wednesday.

It's been two weeks since Kennedy Thelmon was spotted in the downtown area around 10 a.m. Nov. 28. In an update, police said the girl's whereabouts remain unknown.

"Those responsible for her care are deeply concerned for her well-being," Aurora police said.

Thelmon is described as 5-foot-6 and about 140 pounds with long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a zippered gray sweatshirt, brown leggings and brown boots, officials said.
