OSWEGO, IL — Oswego police say an Aurora man has been arrested after a three-month investigation into allegations of unlawful video recording. Police said they received a call in May alleging that Lukas T. Pawlowski had made a video recording of a woman without her consent in a restroom and a residence in Oswego.

The Oswego investigation led to the Kendall County State's Attorney's Office approving two felony counts of unlawful video recording against Pawlowski. A warrant for Pawlowski's arrest with a $15,000 bond was issued on July 25.

Police said Pawlowski, of the 1000 block of Rainwood Drive in Aurora, was taken into custody Wednesday by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office and taken to the county jail, where he posted 10 percent of his bond and was released.
