District 131: First Day Of School For Students Moved To Aug. 31
The amended school calendar was approved at this week's board meeting.
At its August 17 Board of Education meeting, the Board approved an amended 2020-21 school year calendar.
The first day of student remote instruction is now Monday, August 31.

In moving the first day of school back one week, the district will allow staff additional time needed to better prepare for remote instruction.
All EASD 131 schools will begin with full remote instruction, from August 31 to November 3, 2020.
