Fugitive Wanted On Sexual Abuse Charges Apprehended In Aurora: Sheriff
Following his arrest, the 55-year-old man, charged with six counts of criminal sexual abuse, was released from jail on pre-trial conditions.

AURORA, IL — A fugitive wanted on criminal sexual abuse charges was apprehended Aug. 28 in Aurora, the Kendall County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday.
David Drewniak, 55, was taken into custody without incident by members of the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force following an investigation by sheriff's deputies. The Aurora man approved six counts of the felony against him.
Drewniak was taken to the Kendall County jail for processing and subsequently released from custody on pre-trial conditions, according to a news release.

Officials encourage anyone with information about fugitives' whereabouts to report it to Crime Stoppers at 630-553-5999. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward if the information leads to a fugitive's apprehension.
