Man Killed In Shooting On Aurora’s Far East Side: Police
Residents reported hearing gunshots and seeing what appeared to be a shootout between people in two cars, police said.
AURORA, IL — A man died Monday afternoon after a reported shootout between two cars on Aurora’s Far East Side, police said in a news release.
Officers were called around noon Monday to the 2900 block of Worcester Lane by residents who said they heard gunshots and saw what appeared to be people in two cars shooting at each other, police said.

Aurora police tried to pull over one of the cars, but the driver did not stop until reaching the parking lot of Rush Copley Medical Center, the release states.
A man in the car was rushed inside the hospital with gunshots wounds, but he died soon after, police said.
