Man Shot Monday Morning In Aurora Township: Sheriff
A 43-year-old man was taken by a relative to the hospital, where he had surgery, police said.
AURORA TOWNSHIP, IL — A man was shot several times early Monday morning in Aurora Township, according to Kane County Sheriff Ron Hain.
Residents reported multiple shots were fired around 4:30 a.m. Monday to the 1300 block of South Union Street, Hain said. A 43-year-old man was taken by a relative to the hospital, where he had surgery, the sheriff said. He was released Monday.
Hain said deputies are investigating “several leads” but did not provide additional information about the Monday morning shooting.
