Aurora police said they believe both men who were shot Tuesday were previously involved in an argument.
AURORA, IL — Two men were injured Tuesday night in a shooting that Aurora police believe arose from an earlier argument.
A man was shot around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of Oliver Avenue, according to Paris Lewbel, a spokesperson for the Aurora Police Department. The man was taken to a local hospital to receive treatment for injuries that were not life-threatening, Lewbel said.
A second man sought treatment at the hospital around 1 a.m. Wednesday for a gunshot wound to his leg Wednesday, Lewbel said. Police believe he was shot during the same incident in the 800 block of Oliver Avenue.
