AURORA, IL — An Aurora teenager who has been missing since Jan. 4 may be with a man who is holding her against her will, Aurora police said. Police said 18-year-old Rakiya Haynes was last seen in Chicago in the 1200 block of West 95th Place. Police said they've received information that she could be on the South Side of Chicago and may be being held against her will be an unknown male.
