Grandparents Day is a long standing tradition at St. Anne School. On Friday, Sept. 7, we welcomed more than 250 grandparents and guests, as well as many of our school parents. Our guests came from miles away in Illinois and from four neighboring states and Arizona!Â
Grandparents, family and friends began the day enjoying hospitality in the school gym. Later, our guests proceeded to the classrooms to visit the students. Our first through fourth graders performed a musical, poetic show under the direction of our music instructor, Miss Danielle Larson. The morning culminated with a prayer service celebration in church with our Pastor, Father Bernie, as our presider. It is a wonderful tradition honoring the special people in the lives of our students. Special thanks to Mrs. Anne Tyndorf, Mrs. Mary Graft and Mrs. Christine Jodoin and their committee for coordinating a beautiful day for all of us and our visitors.
