36 Students Receive Perfect Scores Valley View Solo & Ensemble Contest

Thirty-six Valley View School District 365U middle school musicians earned perfect scores in the 36^th annual VVSD Solo and Ensemble Contest last week.

From Martinez Middle School--Matthew Boots, Vanessa DeVera, Riley Hartjes, Scott Jakubowski, Chris Kerwin, Matthew Kim, Sydney King, Lauren Mason, Russell McNab, and Angelica Molen

From Brooks Middle School--Jessica Carter, Emiliano Chavez, Nick Filano, Anthony Hattaway, Damien Hemphill, Megan Hufnagle, Katie Lucchesi, Bria Whitaker, and Nathan Zihala

From Humphrey Middle School--Emma Fagust, Michael Farley, Itzel Jimenez, Christy Parzyszek, Tim Ramos, Alexandra Richardson, Zachary Skudlarek, and Karla Villegas-Pineda

More than 300 students earned a gold medal, 89 earned silver and 12 secured a bronze.
