Coffee Shop Coming To Bolingbrook: What To Know

BOLINGBROOK, IL — At Tuesday's meeting, the Bolingbrook Village Board approved a special use permit and final development plan for 7 Brew, a carry-out coffee shop.

The new business will be located at 271 S. Bolingbrook Drive, Unit A.

Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta said the plans for the business call for two drive-thru lanes. According to Board documents, access to the drive-thru would be provided via internal drive aisles and a full access driveway off of Lily Cache Lane.

A 510-square-foot coffee shop and 238-square-foot cooler and storage room will be constructed, according to Board documents. The proposed drive-thru would be in the location of the former Food 4 Less gas station. The business does not have a dine-in or lounge area.

Two other businesses, Nova Adventure Park and Pickleball Kingdom, were also approved for special use permits at Tuesday's meeting.

"The new stuff coming to town; we're excited about this," Alexander-Basta said.

7 Brew is a nation-wide chain, with locations in Naperville, Huntley, Round Lake Beach and Lake Zurich.
