Damen, Division Intersection Scores New Eateries

The corner of Damen Avenue and Division Street will be getting a few new restaurant options any day now, according to reports.

MAK's Chinese Cuisine is set to open soon at 1924 W. Division St. in Wicker Park, while Russian-American diner, Red Square Lounge, will be in business nearby at 1916 W. Division St., according to an Eater story. Middle Eastern Cuisine is opening across the street at 1951 W. Division St., it says.

Red Square Lounge will open in the landmark Wicker Park building that previously housed Division Bath House, Eater reports.

While the new business will feature updated saunas, steam rooms and baths, it will also include a 3,500-square-foot bar and restaurant. There will also be a salon, along with a bed-and-breakfast on the second floor, according to the report.
