'High Noon' Tex-Mex Saloon Parks on Milwaukee
A new saloon opened last week in Wicker Park. Learn more about what it has to offer.
A rustic new saloon has come to a primary Wicker Park drag, boasting Tex-Mex mainstays including tamales, chili and nachos.
High Noon Saloon, 1560 N. Milwaukee Ave., opened just east of the six corners intersection last week. The bar now occupies what was once People Tapas Lounge. Both venues share the same owner, Baris Yuksel, sources say.
He recently explained to ChicagoMag that, “our prices attracted more of a weekend crowd, and we wanted to be more affordable."
