Miko's Italian Ice Opens for Spring
The Bucktown Italian Ice stand opens at 2 p.m. today, just in time for 60-degree weather.
One of the staples of spring is appearing Friday, as Miko’s Italian Ice will open its window for cool treats.
The Bucktown location of the store will start service at 1846 N. Damen from 2 to 7 p.m., weather permitting.
The forecast looks positive for Miko’s and the rest of the neighborhood. Sunny skies and temperatures in the 60s are predicted Friday through Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

Since 1997, Miko’s has been serving more than 23 flavors of Italian ice ranging from the staple strawberry to green tea. And yes, combinations are available.
