Murder Suspect Wanted for Shooting Wife, Police Say

Three suspects are on the Chicago Police Department's most wanted list for the North Side.

The 19th and 20^th Districts maintain the list and updates it as suspects are apprehended. 

Richard L. Richmond, 50, is wanted on suspicion of shooting his wife with a handgun. Police said he entered the apartment of his estranged wife in violation of a restraining order and shot her in the face.

Richmond is described as a black male, about 5 feet, 6 inches and 160 pounds.

Chicago police urge residents to call the Wanted Tipline at 312-747-8384 and warn against attempting to apprehend suspects individually.
