Beloved wife of the late Jack Levitan, the late Hyman Suritz and loving fiancé of the late Dr. Alfred Mark. Loving mother of Charles (Annette) Suritz. Proud grandmother of Jason Suritz, and Natalie (Ross) Sayre. Cherished great grandmother of Harper Rose.

Dear sister of Shirley (the late John) Pacifico, Norman (the late Elaine) Buxbaum and the late Rose (the late Morris) Bender, the late Sol (Lorraine) Buxbaum, the late Mary (the late Morris) Kaplowitz, the late Gertrude (the late Jack) Klegerman, and the late Harry and Ida Buxbaum. Will be missed by many nephews, nieces and friends.
Service Monday 12:00 PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 North Buffalo Grove Rd (one block North of Lake Cook Rd.), Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom.
