DUI, Retail Theft: Buffalo Grove Police Blotter
The Buffalo Grove Police Department made a pair of arrests in which motorists were charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Buffalo Grove Police made a series of arrests over the past week involving local residents who were charged criminally with a variety of offenses.
Local residents are reminded that the filing of criminal charges does not equate to a guilty finding and that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Jose B. Delgado, 55, Streamwood, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on Sept. 17 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 11.
Michael S. Reyes, 47, Wheeling, was arrested at 3:42 a.m. on Sept. 17 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 11.
