THEFT Someone left the Shell station without paying for gas at 7 a.m. May 13. Driver information was obtained and officers will contact the customer. A resident reported several unauthorized purchases were made on his credit card between January 2011 and December 2012. OTHER INCIDENTS A resident reported receiving a notice from a doctor's office stating that someone used her personal information to make appointments on May 13.
