IDENTITY THEFT A resident reported someone used his identity to open several credit card accounts between March 28 and April 11. He was given information on contacting the credit bureau in order to place a fraud alert on his account.  THEFT A resident reported someone placed an unauthorized charge on his PayPal account between March 13 and April 11. The complainant contacted PayPal, which requested that he file a police report.  A complainant reported his wallet was stolen April 11 at a business on the 1200 block of Dundee Road. The complainant later learned that several of his credit cards were used in the area. He was given information on who to contact and how to place a fraud alert on his account.
