A Wheeling man could face up to 30 years in prison for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy, the Daily Herald reports.
Onetsed Ruiz, 24, has been charged with sexual assault for the incident that occurred in June of 2011, the newspaper reports. Police say Ruiz took the victim to the woods to smoke and drink when Ruiz assaulted him.
