This recycling event is available to residents of City of Champaign, as well as to residents residing in other participating communities (check the registration website for more details). Participants may bring up to seven items to recycle, including up to four TVs. The full list of items accepted is available on the registration website. Once registered, participants will receive a color-coded postcard about a week before the fall recycling event. The postcard will serve as their “ticket” to enter the event.

Residents are reminded that with the exception of tube-style TVs, there are other local (free) options available to recycle most electronics year-round. Visit the City’s website or the registration website for more information about those options.
