Minooka Woman Accused of Possessing a Controlled Substance: Blotter

Arrests reported by Minooka police, Oct. 17-23.

OCT. 23

Fassil J. Haleem, 58, of Plainfield, was cited and cited for improper lane use, according to a report. He was stopped near the intersection of Ridge and Holt roads.

Shane E. Mitchell, 35, of Minooka, was cited for driving without a license, according to a report. He was stopped in the 6300 block of East Minooka Road.

OCT. 19

Tiffany M. Doti, 29, of Minooka, was charged with possessing a controlled substance, according to a report.She was arrested at about 8:35 a.m. in the 800 block of Daniel Drive. Police said she was taken to Kendall County jail.

OCT. 17

Herbert S. Hume, 25, of Joliet, was cited for driving with suspended registration for not having insurance, according to a report. He was stopped in the 100 block of North Ridge Road.

Daniel Perez-Mendoza, 40, of Joliet, was cited for driving without a license, according to a report. He was stopped near the intersection of South Ridge Road and West Twin Rail Drive.
