Former White Sox Manager Guillen Sells Near West Side Condo: Report
Ozzie Guillen, the former Sox shortstop, and World Series champion manager, sold the two-bedroom condo after moving to Homer Glen in 2020.

CHICAGO — Former White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen hasn’t called Chicago home for two years now, but has gotten rid of one of the former city residences he and his wife lived in before bolting for the 'burbs in 2020.
Guillen has sold a two-bedroom condo on Chicago’s Near West Side for $410,000, the Chicago Tribune reported on Wednesday. Guillen, who guided the Sox to the 2005 World Series championship, has been living in south suburban Homer Glen after leaving behind three different city residences.
Guillen works as an analyst for NBC Sports Chicago and sold the condo, which was on the third floor, in December. Guillen and his wife lived in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood in a home from 2011 until 2020, when they moved to the south suburbs.

The listing agent for the property told the Tribune that Guillen purchased the condo on the Near West side in 2005 as a place for their children to live.
The Tribune reported that the couple had previously listed the property a year ago for $445,000 before reducing the price twice and adjusting the final selling price again by another $5,000 when it sold in December.
