Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates Lease of Warehouse to Service Spring

Rosemont, IL. — August 10, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated the new lease of a 32,838-SF industrial warehouse space located at 305 E. North Avenue, Carol Stream.

John Cassidy, Chris Nelson and Kenneth Franzese, Principals at Lee & Associates, represented the landlord, Faropoint. Jeremy Scheck and Korey Ryan at Colliers International represented the tenant, Service Spring Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of garage door replacement parts, hardware, operators and tools. The Carol Stream building is a new location for Maumee, OH-based Service Spring. The 50,050-square-foot, high-image facility with North Avenue frontage has easy expressway access and is located in DuPage County.
