Rosemont, IL. — July 6, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a sale of 3.43-acre vacant lot near the Southeast corner of West Bartlett Road and Route 25 in Bartlett, IL.

Rick Scardino, Principal at Lee & Associates, represented the seller, Abbott Land. Dan Lynch, Senior Vice President at Colliers, represented the buyer, Berman-Lapetina.

A new multi-story self-storage facility is planned for the site in this exploding residential corridor.
